Mrs. Oetinger is responsible for leadership and supervision of the gifted program, federal programs, special education and related services, Parents As Teachers program, early childhood services, school counselors, and school nurses. Mrs. Oetinger came to Knob Noster as the Director of Student Services in July 2025. Previously, she served as the Director of Special Services at Concordia R-2 Schools.
